Built by Beers Labs LLC. By purchasing founding access, you agree to these terms.

Founding 100 Membership

$99 one-time payment grants lifetime access to Gormers for one person.

“Lifetime” means as long as Gormers exists as a product. No recurring charges. Ever.

Access includes all current and future features. Priority marketplace access when it launches.

Transferable Once

Your founding membership is personal and non-transferable, with one exception: you may transfer it once. Email beers@gormers.com to initiate a transfer. We will accommodate one lifetime transfer per membership.

Refund Policy

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, the sale is final and non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

Your Responsibilities

Do not use Gormers for illegal purposes. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service. Use common sense.

Our Responsibilities

We provide the software as described. We maintain the local-first, no-surveillance architecture permanently. We communicate major changes directly to founding members.

Intellectual Property

You own your data and anything you create with Gormers.

Beers Labs LLC owns the Gormers software, branding, and the .gorm file format specification. You may use your ORIGIN.gorm file with any system that supports the format.

Disclaimers

Gormers is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, or useless. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Oregon state courts. We prefer to resolve issues informally — email us before lawyering up.
